At this point, you shouldn't need an official Zac Posen primer, right? A refresher: The three model coaches walked in the fashion designer's Spring 2013 show in The Face casting special and Coco thinks he's the perfect date. So we figured we'd take this primer oppportunity to give you a teaser instead. His stunning designs are going to be featured somehow in tomorrow night's finale, so let's take a look at 10 spectactular gowns he sent down the runway in February—one of which was worn by Coco, who closed out his Fall 2013 show. (Fun fact: Guest star Pat Cleveland's daughter Anna modeled in the show!)
Aw, Stephanie. It’s been a true journey and we're glad to have taken it with you! The newbie of the crew survived three trips to the elimination room (two to face Queen Naomi, no less), but it was the double elimination the fourth time that did her in. But don’t count her out of the game—Coco sure hasn't. So here are Stephanie’s answers to all those burning questions you want to ask, including – couldn’t she tell that was a condom she was pulling out of that bag?!
After gracing the New York Fashion Week front rows, Coco Rocha jetted on over to Paris for a few runway shows. She stopped by to say hi to pals and fellow It Girl models Karlie Kloss and Cara Delevingne backstage at Jean Paul Gaultier and the trio decided to make their best model goofy faces for Coco's Instagram. Love it! Click on over for a (semi) normal pic after the jump.
It's nice to be at Milan Fashion Week, right? Especially when Karolina Kurkova is making an appearance on the catwalk for Italian intimates label Yamamay. A star Victoria's Secret Angel, KK is doing what she does best, although too bad her expertise didn't help her team win the Cosabella challenge on "The Face," heh. What's done is done, so let's take a look at her sizzlin' on the Milan runway. (Spoiler Alert: She dances, too.)
The stars of "The Face" are seriously dedicated to their new show—and to fashion. Even though the big premiere was on Tuesday (still tired!), Nigel, Coco, Karolina and Naomi still made an effort to hit New York Fashion Week. They were spotted front row, backstage, on the runway and even riding a tricked out bus (more on that in a bit). One coach even brought her newbie team member to a show. So to close out NYFW and say "game on" to London, Paris and Milan, let's check out the "The Face" Stars' Top NYFW Moments.
So it wasn't a big surprise that Coco Rocha was walking in good friend and "The Face" guest star Zac Posen's Fall 2013 runway show (she's a regular, plus she let it slip early). But we're never not blown away when she's out there doing her "day job," especially when she's closing out one of Fashion Week's most sought-after shows. The balcony overlooking the Terrace Room at the iconic Plaza was the perfect spot to hold the stunning, star-studded show. Let's look at some full-length pics, plus a video, courtesy of Vogue.
We know thatCoco Rocha is looking forward to walking in Zac Posen's Fall 2013 show this Sunday, plus sitting front row for a slew of others. (Hey, maybe she'll run into Nigel.) The supermodel has lots of seasons under her sure-to-be designer belt, so you can bet she has some fantastic Fashion Week stories to tell. Like ones that involve a model mud fight and a chicken fascinator. Let's let Coco tell you about her Craziest Fashion Week Experiences, plus the Most Fascinating Person she's met at Fashion Week.
"The Face" model mentor Coco Rocha was busy mentoring a group of young impressional New York Fashion Week models this afternoon at a top-secret underground location referred to by those in-the-know as "The Model Lounge." Just kidding, while the locale is truly called the Model Lounge New York, it's like a safe relaxation haven (stocked with snacks, magazines and wifi) for models running in between the shows to chill, catch up on homework and get training from experts like Vogue bookings editor Valerie Boster and social media supermodel Coco. We caught up with her before her tech sesh and she had some really interesting things to say, like, confirm that she will indeed walk in Sunday's Zac Posen show.
We know that Nigel Barker is a steady fixture in the Fashion Week front rows, but did you know that he used to walk the runway back in the day, too? Since NYFW officially kicks off today (although, the festivities started days earlier), let's have Nigel wax nostalgic and tell us his Best and Worst Fashion Week Moments. Hint: They involve Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and an epic runway tumble. Naomi's got nothin' on you, Nigel.
Ooh, a really good best (and first!) Fashion Week story here. Team Naomi member Sandra Woodley's first ever experience on the runway was walking in New York-based designer Rubin Singer's show. Who's Rubin Singer you may ask? Well, most people would have asked that same question, too, until Beyoncé caused a power outage at the Superbowl in the cut-out leather onesie that he designed. Nice going, Sandra! Singer also designed the outfits for Mrs. Carter's back-up dancers and former Destiny's Child members Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland—the latter whos Sandra met after the show. Let her tell you herself.
