Let's kick off the tutorial with legendary designer and friend of Naomi, Azzedine Alaïa.

As Seen on "The Face:" Naomi wears the label a lot and from head to toe.

Backstory: The Tunisian-born and Paris-based fashion and accessories designer found fame in the 1980s for his insanely sexy and impossibly chic clingy dresses boasting intricate weaving and detail. His sultry designs immediately captured the attention of influential fashion editors and celebrities throughout the decades, from Madonna and Tina Turner to Michelle Obama (she loves his dresses and belts) and Gwyneth Paltrow. He designed several outfits for Grace Jones in the 1985 James Bond movie "A View to A Kill" (three Bonds ago, starring Roger Moore), he's immortalized in the movie "Clueless" (when Cher pleads with her mugger in the Valley with the quotable line, "But it's an Alaïa ..." Response: "It's an a-whatta?") and Lady Gaga wore his sublime laser cut halter gown in her 2011 "It's a Very Lady Gaga Thanksgiving" special.
